Explore the central part of Istria by visiting the most famous hill town Motovun and it's most remarkable product - the truffle. Start the day with a truffle hunting demonstration followed by taking stroll through the streets of Motovun and let yourself to be inspired by amazing views overlooking vineyards, Motovun forest and river Mirna.

After a short break we continue the drive to the world's smallest town- Hum. This is where we visit a museum opened and operated by a family which gathered everything with love and passion creating this little gem taking you back a century to show you how regular people lived on a daily bases in a small Istrian town. 
We finish the day wit a late lunch in a local restaurant including the famous truffles while overlooking the nearby rolling hills.
